This tour is for people who want to have a quick overview of the city, without visiting all the highlights. We will start with a visit to the viewing point of Leblon, to get to know the beaches of Rio de Janeiro. From there we continue to the lake area, where we make a stop at the beautiful Lake Rodrigo de Freitas. This is the place where locals gather to run, walk, enjoy the parks around the lake and just relax, with some of the most gorgeous views in the city.
From there we will enter Parque Lage, which is located at the feet of the Corcovado Mountain. An impressive colonial building, where Rio’s Art school is located, shows you how this area used to look like, full of city castles. After Parque Lage we move on to the quiet neighborhood of Urca and can visit the Sugarloaf Mountain.
Or we move on to the top of the Corcovado Mountain to visit the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. We will include a viewing point of the city at Mirante Dona Marta. Here you have a view of the Christ statue and the Sugarloaf Mountain at the same time. At the end of the tour we take you back to your hotel.
