- Participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of their belongings during the tour.
- Liability:
- Caminhos Bikes & Tours is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the tour.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Tours may be altered or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control.
- In the event of a cancellation, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
- Health and Fitness:
- Participants must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the chosen activity. If you have any health conditions, please inform us in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who we believe is not fit for the activity.
- Booking and Payment:
- All bookings must be paid in advance. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be refunded.
